ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2007 and currently lead a team of five. I've been in the insurance industry for more than 30 years, beginning my career at just 16 years old. Before becoming an agent, I worked as an auto claims adjuster, where I learned the value of helping customers prepare before they ever experience a loss.

I graduated from Kennesaw State University and enjoy spending time with my teenage son and our two dogs hiking, running, participating in 10Ks and marathons, and living a healthy lifestyle. Giving back is important to our agency. Each year, we proudly partner with Toys for Tots as a local drop-off location and enjoy supporting our community whenever we can.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Maria Bailey - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
